Yall! I just got back from Mixed conference today. Mixed conference is a pretty awesome food blogging conference. I got to listen to amazing speakers, have TONS of great food and talk with other people who get what it’s like to run a food blog. IT WAS HEAVEN!
And the absolute best part was that I was there as an HEB ambassador! HEB is hands down, by far, no competition, my favorite grocery store. My first job was with HEB! I love me some HEB. But I’ll share more on that soon. Here is this week’s menu:
Monday: Slow Cooker Creamy Tomato Soup // Yes! It’s finally soup weather! Well, almost down here in South Texas. (Ryon took the kids to the beach this weekend!)
Tuesday: Chipotle Chili Fish Tacos with Peach Pineapple Salsa // I think Taco Tuesday was one of the best things every invented. NO lie.
Wednesday: Crockpot Carnitas Lettuce Wraps // It’s like Taco Tuesday.. but on Wednesday! (Or whatever day you choose to make these delicious wraps!)
Thursday: Taco Potato Wedge Nachos // MORE taco goodness! I see nothing wrong with that!
Friday: Chicken Bacon Swiss Spaghetti Pizza // Yes. Just yes to all of this that is going on here. It’s a meal that EVERYONE will love.
Breakfast: S’mores Overnight French Toast Casserole // I’m pretty sure there would be a fight in my family for the first pieces of this overnight casserole!
Dessert: Lavender Peach Cake with Walnuts // This is like a dream cake!
