Hello, hello, hello! We are back for another easy family menu plan.. just for you!
Yall. I am still trying to recover from the short week we had last week. We packed a lot into the 4 remaining days of the week. That one day off really messes with our weekly mojo.
Monday (meatless) – Veggie tortilla soup with quinoa // I need a big bowl of this asap! Well, as soon as the temp drops under 80 degrees. THEN I need a huge bowl!
Tuesday – Pizza casserole // This was a huge hit with friends, family and the kids! I count that as a dinner WIN!
Wednesday – BBQ chicken pizza skillet lasagna // I have a love affair with my skillet and Italian food – so yea, this is perfection.
Thursday – Honey balsamic pulled pork // This looks amazing and I bet leftovers the next day are even better! (I love a good leftover meal!)
Friday – Creamy mushroom and chicken pizza // I would be counting down the days til Friday if this pizza was on the menu.
Dessert – Chocolate peanut butter cake with bacon // Yes, you need this cake in your life. No, it won’t last long in your home.
Breakfast option – Maple bacon yeast waffles // I need a triple batch of these stat!
