I have a super easy and delicious recipe to share today. Well its not my recipe. Its from The Pioneer Woman. If your looking for a site where you will pin absolutely everything this is the one. You’ve been warned.
The recipe tells you the exact amounts youll need. I dont like to measure when I cook. I have never had a problem with eyeballing so thats what I do. Am I alone in this? It might be because Im lazy.. but I like think its because Im a cook good.
Biscuits or homemade dough
Sweetened, condensed milk
Preheat oven to 375
Yes.. sweetened, condensed milk. If you tried the homemade caramel (and didnt eat it all like we did) you can use that too. I had a can that I hadnt turned into caramel yet.
Slap about a teaspoon of butter on the bottom of your muffin tin. Sprinkle in some cinnamon an sugar on top of the butter. (Ps.. these are three of my favorite things when cooking.. sugar, butter and spice. Yes please!)
Take your dough and cut into thirds. Roll them into balls (tehe) and put them on top of your butter mix. Can you tell I used my cell for these pictures? I couldnt find my camera.. except for the last picture.
Slap more butter on top of the dough. Then your sugar and cinnamon. Put them in the oven and bake for about 13 minutes. Or whatever your package says. The packages knows best.
Once they come out of the oven drizzle them with sweetened, condensed milk. Or completely drench them like I did.
Hello, friend! I wish I could tell you how amazing these bad boys are.. but youre just going to have to believe me. And make them. Youll thank me later.
Oh.. and they are toddler friendly too. Ryley loved tearing into them.
